This policy is subject to certain conditions, particularly in cases of technical issues or incomplete content. Please note that refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and cannot be processed after this period.

- Refund requests made after this 7-day period may be considered on a case-by-case basis and could take up to 15 business days to process, at ExamSaathi’s discretion.
- No-Questions-Asked Refund Process:
- Eligibility: Within the 7-day refund window, customers may request a refund for any reason.
- Request Process: Contact our support team with your Order ID and purchase details, and ExamSaathi will process your request promptly.
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact Customer Support: Send your refund request to support@examsaathi.com within the eligible 7-day period.
- Provide Order Information: Please include your Order ID, date of purchase, and the name of the product.
- Processing Time: Once confirmed, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method, depending on bank processing times.
